  • The data shown in the dashboard is generated by external and internal tools, digital market intelligence reports and by identifying and monitoring a number of quantitative and qualitative parameters that are publicly available.

  • The results of this digital due diligence will help you to further understand the online performance of your business based on 4 axes:

  • The absolute position of the business

  • The relative position of the business compared to the key competitors (4 max)

  • The progress or regress over time

  • Performance against the industry benchmark, i.e. compared to a best in class performance

The colour evolves according to the score value.
  • Green: Strongest performer.
  • Yellow: Middle/moderate performer.
  • Red: Weakest performer

The measurements on the Dashboard are categorised into 8 types which are each very important for an overall qualitative result:
